Embedded inline in the product UI
Plays inline in the empty state or first-run modal. Doesn't open in a new tab or pop a modal that interrupts the flow. The video supports the activation moment; it doesn't replace it.

Narration + captions in the locales the product ships to. NL + EN by default; additional locales added when the market justifies it.
A/B testable against the no-video baseline
