Overview

Insyte is the operations workspace a dropshipping operator opens when the Shopify admin alone stops scaling: employees, suppliers, and affiliates collaborate inside one shared org, the inbox reads from Gmail and Microsoft 365 directly, AI handles first-line tickets and chargebacks, and the store's data stays in sync with Shopify in real time. The product hides four years of dropshipping operational knowledge behind a simple set of screens.

The challenge

A dropshipping store gets pulled in eight directions at once: Shopify orders, Klaviyo flows, PayPal disputes, Klarna chargebacks, shipping providers (123Track, ParcelPanel), customer email coming in over Gmail and Microsoft Graph, affiliate referrals, supplier coordination. The operator's day is spent gluing those services together by hand. Insyte's job was to be the glue so the operator can run the store, not the integration matrix.

What we built

Insyte mirrors every connected service into a single workspace. Shopify webhooks land in a job queue and reconcile against a local copy of orders, products, and customers; nothing customer-facing waits on Shopify's API. The inbox feature talks to Gmail and Microsoft Graph directly so customer email lives next to the order it references. The AI layer handles ticket triage and chargeback evidence drafting against the workspace's own data, no third-party CRM in the loop. Real-time updates use Postgres LISTEN/NOTIFY behind Elysia WebSockets, so no dedicated realtime vendor is in the stack.

Surfaces

Shipped screens, in order of the user's day. Browser chrome added for context only.

We needed the workspace to feel like one product, not a wrapper around twelve APIs. The integrations live underneath the surface; the operator never has to think about them.
