MVP to product-market fit, ship the version users can react to, learn from what they do, not what they say.
Most MVPs ship in three months and learn nothing in six. The product isn't instrumented; the team didn't pick the right metric; the iteration loop is one merge per fortnight. We build the MVP as a real product from day one, typed stack, fast loop, instrumentation in place, so the first six months are about learning, not retrofitting.
What we build
A real stack, not a prototype
TypeScript end-to-end, Postgres, Stripe-ready, deploys per merge. Re-architecting from prototype to production never happens because the production-shaped version is what shipped first.
Daily ship cadence from week one
Preview environments on every PR; production deploy on merge. The founder reviews and ships features the same day they're requested. The iteration loop is measured in hours, not sprints.
Instrumentation before the first launch
PostHog (or Mixpanel) wired in before users arrive. Event taxonomy designed against the funnel that matters: signup → activation → first value → retention. Decisions get data, not vibes.
Pricing surfaces ready when you are
Stripe wired up, plans seeded, paywall logic in place. Even if pricing isn't on day one, the engineering for it doesn't bottleneck the day you decide to charge.
Architectural choices that scale to Series A
Multi-tenant patterns considered up front (not retrofitted). Auth that supports SSO additions later. Database schema that won't need rewriting at 50× volume. The MVP doesn't trap you architecturally.
User feedback loops baked into the product
In-app feedback, NPS triggers, qualitative interview recruiting, all running from launch. The founder talks to users every week without scheduling friction.
Where this fits
You raised pre-seed and need someone to build the MVP without it being a three-month consulting engagement.
You're a non-technical founder and your previous freelancer shipped a prototype that can't carry actual users.
You're three months into building and the codebase is already showing signs of needing a rewrite.
